The TMI3411U is a high efficiency 1.2MHz, Advanced Constant-on-time (COT) control mode synchronous step-down Buck converter capable of delivering up to 2A current with 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range. The device is ideal for portable equipment requiring output current up to 2A from single-cell Lithium-ion batteries or other input source and the output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.45V. The TMI3411U also can run at 100% duty cycle for low dropout operation, extending battery life in portable systems while light load operation provides very low output ripple for noise sensitive applications. It adopts the COT architecture to achieve fast transient responses for high voltage step down applications. TMI3411U requires a minimum number of readily available standard external components and is available in a 5-pin SOT23-5 ROHS compliant package. This device offers PFM Mode switching control at light load condition, which allows a high efficiency over the wider range of the load.

The TMI32531S is a high efficiency, 600kHz, constant on-time (COT) control mode synchronous Buck converter with a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V, and supports up to 3A continuous output current. TMI32531S integrates main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss. Low output voltage ripple and small external inductor and capacitor size are achieved with 600kHz switching frequency. It adopts the COT architecture to achieve fast transient response for high voltage step down applications. The TMI32531S requires a minimum number of external components and is available in a 6-pin SOT23-6 ROHS compliant package.

The TMI39610 synchronous buck converter is designed to regulate over a wide input voltage range, minimizing the need for external surge suppression components. A minimum controllable on-time of 50ns facilitates large step-down conversion ratios, enabling the direct step-down from 48V to 72V nominal input voltage to lowvoltage rails for reducing system complexity and solution cost. The TMI39610 operates during input voltage dips as low as 6 V, making it an excellent choice for wide input supply range industrial and high cell count battery pack applications. With integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs, the TMI39610 delivers up to 1A of output current. A constant on-time (COT) control architecture provides nearly constant switching frequency with excellent load and line transient response. Additional features of the TMI39610 include ultralow quiescent IQ and PFM operation mode for high light-load efficiency, innovative peak and valley overcurrent protection, integrated VCC bias supply and bootstrap diode, precision enable and input UVLO, and thermal shutdown protection with automatic recovery. An open drain PG indicator provides sequencing, fault reporting, and output voltage monitoring.
